Paper Meets LIVE! 2025 Registration

Conference registration is required for all event attendees, including customers, merchants/distributors, mills/converters, industry service providers. etc. Individuals without badge credentials may not participate in any Paper Meets LIVE! 2025 hosted meetings or activities.

Important notice for registrants: To register for this event you must have an account on the AF&PA website. Don’t have a website account? Click on Register Now and select CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT on the Log In page. After creating your account, you will receive a Verification Email from info@afandpa.org. To activate your new account, you must confirm your email address by clicking the link in the email. Check your spam filter if you do not receive this email.

Registration Steps:

1. Click on Register Now below

2. You will be taken to your website dashboard. Click on "All AF&PA Events"

3. Locate Paper Meets LIVE! 2025 and click on register

Event registration includes:

  • Admission to host hotel and Paper Meets LIVE! 2025 suites and meeting rooms *
  • Complimentary Morning Coffee Breaks each day of the event
  • Tuesday Luncheon
  • Tuesday Evening Reception 
  • Wednesday Evening Networking Happy Hour
  • NPTA Emerging Leaders Workshop (open to NPTA Emerging Leaders)

AF&PA/NPTA Member Registration fee: $799    
Non-Member Registration fee: $1,125 

Register before April 17 to lock in last year’s registration rate.

Register between April 17 and July 2 to save at least $130 on registration.
