Paper and Packaging Board
The Paper & Packaging – How Life Unfolds® campaign, launched in 2015, reaches consumers at scale with messages important to the paper and packaging industry, like sustainability and innovation. Targeting both consumers and business decision makers, the award-winning campaign
has generated over 11B impressions for the industry and its products, garners over 100M video views annually, millions of website visits each year, and reports a 12:1 ROI for the industry.
The law that governs the program requires the industry to hold a “continuance referendum” within seven years from the start of the board in January 2014. Companies who paid assessments in 2019 vote whether to renew the campaign. This vote is overseen by USDA and is set to take place between October 12-23, 2020

Renewable Bag Council
The Renewable Bag Council (RBC) is a coordinated effort by Kraft paper producers and converters to promote paper bags as the preferred choice for use in retail and grocery outlets. Over the last several years, primarily at the state and local government level, efforts to restrict plastic bags have increased rapidly and more of these measures are now including paper bags. RBC has focused its efforts toward opposing initiatives that attempt to tax or ban paper bags. Learn more at renewablebag.org
