American Forest & Paper Association Releases January 2014 Paperboard Report

WASHINGTON - The American Forest & Paper Association released its January 2014 U.S. Paperboard Report. 

Total boxboard production increased 1.3 percent when compared to January 2013 and increased 1 percent from last month. Unbleached Kraft Boxboard production decreased over the same month last year but increased compared to last month. Total Solid Bleached Boxboard & Liner production increased compared to January 2013 but decreased compared to last month. The production of Recycled Boxboard decreased compared to January 2013 and increased when compared to last month.
